Apr. 26th, 2026 10:59 amshireboundI'm sad to report that obeliamedusa's husband has posted the news that Hannah passed away recently, and very suddenly. They had only married a year or two ago. Hannah and I met through the "Lord of the Rings" fanfiction community back in 2003, and never lost touch. Small groups of us would travel around the country to visit one another, and Hannah's home with its extraordinary sculpture she named "Tiny Bag End" was a must-see destination. She was so intelligent, friendly, and welcoming, and I'll never forget her.
